Deposits:  Deposits for puppies are non-refundable.  If you place a deposit on a pup or for pick of a litter and later change your mind, your deposit will not be refunded.  Should you place a deposit for a pick of a litter and, for any reason whatsoever, there is not a pick available to you, you will have the option of rolling your deposit to pick from a future litter or forfeit your deposit.  Your deposit is good for up to 12 months from the date that we receive it.  Once you place your deposit, we are holding a certain position for pick of a litter or a particular pup for you and this pup is no longer advertised to the public.

We accept a limit of four (4) deposits before a litter is born for pick of the litter in the order that the deposits are received (i.e.: 1st Deposit, 1st Pick, 2nd Deposit, 2nd Pick, etc.).  Once the litter is born and the deposits for pick have made their choice, we will accept deposits for your choice of the remaining pups on a first come basis.  We will not hold a puppy based on your word that your deposit is on its way.  You may make your deposit using money order sent Priority or Express Mail or Money Gram at your local Wal-mart.  We also take debit and credit cards from Visa, Master Card and Discover.

Puppy prices include registration papers, if purchasing Full Registration, vet check, de-worming, current vaccines and puppy starter kit.

Contract:  All of our puppies are sold under contract giving a 72-hour health guarantee as well as a 3-year genetic guarantee.

Scammers Beware:  We do not cash checks or money orders for higher amounts than the cost of our pups and wire over payments.  If you send us more money than needed for the price and shipping of your pup, we keep it.  We consider it a bonus for putting up with all your emails where we had to figure out what you were trying to say.  We also do not cash these checks and money orders without calling on the bank that they are issued from to find out that they are fraudulent and at that point we contact the FBI and turn over all of your emails and the check to them so that they can more easily find you.

Final Payment :  If you placed a deposit on a puppy, your final payment is due by the time your puppy is 6 weeks of age.  Should we not receive your payment by the time your puppy is 6 weeks old, nor receive any communication from you, we will be forced to re-advertise the pup for sale.  Should the pup sell before we hear from you, all previous payments will be forfeited by you, the buyer.

Pick Up or Ground Delivery:  Puppies will not be released for pick up or ground delivery until they are six weeks old.  In some cases, we do make ground deliveries.  Prices range from $50 - $300, depending on location.  All puppies will have their first shots and will be de-wormed at 2, 3, 4 & 6 weeks.

Shipping:  Shipping cost is an additional $350 for Siberian Huskies, $375 for Labradors, $300 for Pomeranians and includes airline flight charges, crate with attachable bowls, and veterinarian health certificate.  Shipping will be done when puppy is a minimum of 8 weeks old.  Puppies will be shipped using Continental Airlines from Corpus Christi, TX to the nearest available international airport to your location.

Privacy:  We will not disclose your personal information to anyone else.  We do not keep your credit card information on file.  The only information kept in our records are your name, address, phone number and email address and this is strictly for AKC registry records.
